
Product Overview
The goal of Analytics is to help business users with insights on the performance of the virtual agent, and their daily call traffic.
It consists of two parts:
Dashboard
Audit
Dashboard is primary for business users to track performance and the product’s north star - Intents handled. It also provides insights on counter metrics such as drop-off and blank calls. It also provides analysis on indicative metrics such as number of calls handed over to agents, top intents, and audit performance of supervisors. Additionally it also provides insights on the traffic, such as number of incoming traffic, and an analysis on new vs returning callers.
Audit is a tool for Supervisors, to audit the performance of the virtual agent, and draw insights from them.
